In this case it is possible that before their deleting it can be possible to read Classifieds that are not comply to this terms of service. Authors are responsibly of their Classifieds and to persecute advertisers who post illegal classifieds or in opposition to this terms of service IP address of Authors are logged.Who violate voluntarily o repeatedly this agreement has all his Classifieds deleted and the current Classified rejected for log time.

5) Personal Classified are for people that are more than 18 years old. in the text of the Classified are not admitted vulgar expressions or reported to sexual performances, links to immoral sites, vulgar photos. Photos do not edited are deleted.
6) Barattare.net does not validate the value of items, services or Jobs proposed through this site; the exclusive responsibly of the trading participants determine the value of items, services or Job offered for trade using this site. Barattare.net assume no responsibly for loss through this site.
7) Traders are responsible for their classifieds. Information listed on Barattare.net are authored by the Advertiser . Barattare.net does not investigate or affirm the quality, authenticity, value of any item or service offered and the legal capacity of the Advertiser. It is the sole responsibility of trading partners to determine value and to complete trading transactions. Further it is the sole responsibility of trading partners to complete trading transactions. All transport cost connected with trades and any other cost of the transactions is the sole responsibility of the trading partners.
8) Barattare.net does not make any reference to the fiscal aspects of the commercialization of the goods and services offered in this site. It is the responsibility of the participants to verify if the bartered assets or services, bought or sold are subject to local taxation, national or customs.
